Art Tutorials II - Final (Spring)

For my final project this semester like many other students I struggled to figure out what I could do that could connect to my Midterm. I wanted my final to connect with my midterm in the sense of, instead of an empty hotel space or the beautiful interior to a specific place, I decided to take a trip into Manhattan to try to capture it during the COVID-19 pandemic, to capture parts of Manhattan's emptiness during this time. I also tied in some messages that were exchanged during this time. I believe the messages went along with the photos because they describe a kind of longing, as Manhattan seems to be longing for activity again. There were also some photos that I wanted to leave as they were because I felt like they were good enough on their own displaying what is going on during this time without any added detail.
